Volunteer at Vida.
Vida volunteers make a difference. From office assistance and board service to event committees and special projects, our volunteers are true partners and extensions in our work and mission.

Encourage healing and help.
One in four women are post-abortive. If someone in your life shares her story with you and seeks additional healing and help, encourage her to explore Vida’s post-abortion support.
Vida offers one-on-one support; group support; and contacts to online studies, healing retreats, and referrals to community resources for individuals following an abortion. Support is also available for men and dads.
Every healing journey looks different, but there is hope.
Have your church to become a Vida Church Partner.
Vida’s Church Partner Program gives area congregations the opportunity to unite as brothers and sisters in Christ and partner with Vida to serve those facing unplanned pregnancies, parenting young children under difficult circumstances, or seeking to heal from past choices and make life-giving choices in the future. Our ministry is your ministry!
Through prayer, volunteering, welcoming those we serve into their churches, and more, our network of church partners share the love of Christ by their witness and support.
Host a community drive.
Host a community drive to collect and donate items (diapers, wipes, or other baby materials) to Vida to give to our patients and clients through our Little Dear Boutique. Rally those close to you and within your church, workplace, or other organization to support our cause while also growing in awareness of Vida.
These community drives are great fundraising opportunities for youth groups, churches, and other supporting community organizations.
Equip the next generation.
National speakers will headline the inaugural E3 Event on January 14, 2023, in Menasha. This event welcomes high schoolers and young adults to become equipped for life by learning a fresh approach to conversations about abortion.

Celebrate at Together for Life.
Gather and celebrate Vida at Together for Life! Together for Life is an annual fundraising banquet and community event hosted annually in May. It brings together friends of Vida for an evening of celebration, recognition, and support for Vida.

Become a mentor.
Pregnancy and parenting are filled with uncertainty, and your experience and love are needed. Vida Support Services offers a mentoring program in which moms and/or dads are matched up with a mentor (seasoned parents) who will support, educate, and empower them.
As a mentor, you will meet an individual where he or she is at in the parenting journey. One-on-one topics covered range from infant hygiene to first-year milestones to potty training to healing from past trauma.
Share the love and good news about Vida.
Learn about the scope of services Vida offers clients and patients, and become an ambassador for our organization. You never know who in your life or circle of influence may be seeking free medical clinic or support services or will find themselves in challenging circumstances later in life.

Host a speaker.
Host Vida’s executive director to keynote, speak at, or serve on a panel discussion for your group’s next event or meeting.
Various topics can be presented on or discussed, as well as sharing of our general mission, work, and impact. Being on the frontlines of this work—the work of providing free medical care and support services to women, men, and families in our community—enables our team to speak into the opportunities, joys, and challenges in an informational, educational, and inspiring way to various audiences.

Lead a pastoral reflection.
Vida seeks leaders from our Church Partners to come to Vida for a lunch-hour visit to pray with and share a reflection/devotion with our staff and volunteers.
Spiritual encouragement is greatly needed and appreciated as we continue this life-giving work.
Make it a playdate.
Vida plans regular playdates on the 3rd Monday of every month for Vida Support Services clients. This is an opportunity for them to grow in relationship with each other and mingle with Christians from Church Partners over dinner and play.
Vida seeks churches to host events at their location (or a park during summer months) and provide the meal.
Golf at Chip in for Life.
Chip in for Life is one of Vida’s annual community and fundraising events. Held every September, supporters and golfers from around the Fox Valley spend a full day on the golf course and enjoy dinner, drinks, raffles, and more afterwards all in support of Vida.

One of the highlights of the Vida Support Services parenting education program is shopping time in our store, Little Dear Boutique.
Promote healthy choices among young adults.
Learning how to have a healthy relationship with setting boundaries and goal setting empowers our youth to have a plan for each season of their lives and will positively impact their physical and emotional health.
Through Vida Community Outreach classroom visits, presentations, health fairs, and education/service mornings, young people in the community are equipped and empowered them to make healthy choices.

Organizations and some companies offer additional grant opportunities, beyond employee matching. Explore your connections and affiliate organizations to see how they may support you in supporting Vida.
Thrivent Action Grant and Knights of Columbus ASAP are two examples of such.
Stay in-the-know.
In addition to knowing about Vida services and becoming an ambassador for our (your!) ministry, stay up-to-date on current happenings.
- For example, with chemical abortion on the rise, Abortion Pill Reversal (APR) is all the more important to be aware of and share information as needed. There is a chance to save their child’s life after starting the chemical abortion process through Vida and APR.
- Safe Haven resources enable a new mom or parents who feel unequipped or unsure about parenting to leave their unharmed newborn child under 72 hours old at select places without fear of legal consequences.
- In 2023, Vida will begin offering Adverse Prenatal Diagnosis support to aid parents who receive such a diagnosis in their child.

As a faith-based, Christian organization, we are a people and ministry of prayer and humbly ask for prayers too. Please pray for the moms, dads, babies, families, and communities Vida serves, for a renewal of a life-affirming and loving culture, and for us as we serve others.
We serve clients and patients of all faith backgrounds, as well as those with no faith background. The choices and situations of everyone we serve differ; choices can weigh heavily on one’s heart. For those seeking spiritual help or guidance, we have a coalition of strong local church partners. Many donors and supporters of Vida are people of faith or faith-based organizations. We are grateful for the ongoing prayer over our life-affirming mission, those we serve, our staff, and our community.
Live, love, and serve well.
The greatest witness and testament to our work and mission is living, loving, and serving well. When we come to know our own inherent, God-given dignity and worth, our hearts and actions reflect such truth and love to others. Feeling and witnessing such radical love, selfless service, and life well lived in this day and age is a light! This, in turn, empowers and inspires others to live in the abundance of that love and truth too. Together, our culture then grows to become a culture of life.
