Vida Medical Clinic and Support Services will receive items from The Family Radio Network’s 32nd annual Help for the Homeless Hygiene Drive, which will run February 11 through March 3, 2024.
The annual drive helps stock the shelves of 100+ homeless and crisis programs in 19 Wisconsin communities, including Vida. More than 900 area businesses, churches, and schools participate annually, hosting collection boxes in-house and donating more than $650,000 worth of supplies to their local crisis programs. All donations, including financial support, remain in the community where they came from.
Supplying nonprofits and organizations like Vida with personal hygiene items and cleaning products through this drive makes it possible for these organizations to dedicated and best steward their limited financial resources to direct services, personnel, and other mission-centered programming.
Donations to the drive will help Vida restock the Vida Little Dear Boutique, which provides material support and products to women, men, and families served throughout the year. While learning in our pregnancy education and parenting education programs, moms and/or dads earn credit, which can be spent in the Little Dear Boutique.
Please drop off donations at a collection box located at a local church, business, school, or at any area Festival Foods or Walgreens. You can also make a financial donation securely online.
