Vida Church Partners joined us in extending love and generosity to local families in need this Christmas through Vida Adopt-A-Family.
Vida Support Services provides pregnancy education, parenting education, support groups, resource coaching, bilingual services, fellowship opportunities, material support, and more to clients, families, and children who are facing challenging circumstances.
During the Christmas season, Vida Support Services runs Adopt-A-Family, which gifts Vida clients and their families material goods for winter. Each participating Vida client and family provided a list of material needs and the following Church Partners, as well as other Friends of Vida, hosted drives and collected items to cover each family’s list:
- Apostolic Truth Church
- Breakthrough Covenant Church
- Covenant Christian Reformed Church
- Faith Lutheran Church
- Knights of Columbus Council # 7895
- Life Bridge Christian Church
- St. Gabriel the Archangel Catholic Church
- St. John Nepomucene Parish
- St. Mary & St. John the Baptist Parish
- St. Pius X Catholic Church
Vida received over $20,200 of material items for Adopt-A-Family, which supported 112 families and 236 children from both Support Services and Trinity House programs.
