Job Title: Trinity House Support Staff
Program: Trinity House
Supervisor: Trinity House Program Manager
Time Commitment: Full-time (40 hr/week)
General Summary
Support Services staff members serves pregnant and parenting women formerly experiencing homelessness and now housed in a loving, caring environment. Support Services staff assists in all aspects of residential operations and supports delivery of programs and services in the fulfillment of the Vida mission. All work is accomplished in accordance with Vida’s Code of Christian Conduct, policies, and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Provide daytime, overnight and weekend house coverage, including but not limited to: responding to the phone, welcoming visitors, offering tours, assisting residents with move-ins/move-outs, responding to the duty of the moment, and locking the building at night
o Weekday overnight coverage would only be House Support Staff sleeping in Trinity House. Another staff member would be on call, but sleeping in staff residence.
o House Support Staff would work 3 weekends a month
2. Ensure all program policies and procedures are followed and report violations to House Supervisor
3. Provide transportation in Vida vehicles for moms and children to and from Vida events and requested appointments
4. Work on a team with other live-in interns and Vida staff members
5. Respond to emergencies, crises, and conflicts within the home
6. Ensure that any threat to safety or contagious, infectious, or serious health issues regarding adult or child residents are reported to the staff member on call immediately.
7. Foster a home environment where all who enter feel safe, welcomed, and respected

Job Title: Men’s Program Supervisor
Program: Support Services
Supervisor: Support Services Manager
Time Commitment: Part-time (20 hr/week)
General Summary
The Men’s Program Supervisor will provide resource coaching, parent education, and mentoring to men seeking individual and group programming services. The Men’s Program Supervisor will also assist with program leadership, supervision of volunteer male mentors, program development, and serve as the Men’s Program liaison to community partners and other nonprofit organizations. All duties and responsibilities are performed in support of Vida’s Mission, Vision and Statement of Faith.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Ability to mentor by acting as a role model for their mentee, providing encouragement, feedback and motivation to achieve their goals.
2. Maintain client mentoring caseload
3. Research and manage community resources for men
4. As Men’s Office Staff Supervisor:
a. Take Men’s Program inquiry calls for Vida Support Services
b. Schedule, screen and conduct intake appointments
c. Volunteer mentor supervision
d. Answer scheduling questions
e. Assist team with group play date activities
f. Lead a monthly dad’s support group
5. Oversee strategic goals work pertaining to men’s program development. Tracks and provides periodic reports on program outcomes.
6. Assures that client services male volunteers are trained and equipped to provide quality services to male clients.
a. Develops and conducts continuing education and enrichment for male mentors regarding curriculum items and community resources in cooperation with Support Services Program Manager and Bi-Lingual Supervisor
7. Completes projects and tasks as needed and assigned by the Support Services Manager
